The Caliber family of automotive repair and service brands, including Caliber Collision, Caliber Auto Glass and Caliber Fleet Solutions, today announced the promotion of Erica Paschal to Chief Procurement Officer, effective immediately. The appointment reinforces Caliber’s commitment to operational excellence, strengthening supplier partnerships and leveraging its national scale to drive long-term growth.
In her expanded role, Paschal will oversee Caliber’s procurement and supply chain strategy, including Original Equipment (OE) Strategy and Specialized Parts Ordering. By bringing these functions together under one leader, Caliber aims to strengthen supplier collaboration, streamline parts sourcing and ordering processes and drive greater efficiency across its national network of service centers.
“Erica has made a tremendous impact on our organization since joining Caliber, bringing a strategic approach to procurement and building strong relationships with our supplier partners,” said Jason Monaco, chief financial officer. “Her leadership has been instrumental in strengthening our procurement capabilities and identifying opportunities to leverage our scale. As we continue to grow, we are confident Erica will play a critical role in driving operational efficiencies and delivering long-term value across our business.”
Paschal joined Caliber in January 2025 as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and Procurement. During her tenure, she has expanded the procurement team, implemented industry best practices, strengthened supplier relationships and developed strategies to maximize the value of Caliber’s purchasing power. She brings more than 20 years of procurement and supply chain leadership experience, having previously held roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Daikin, Ingersoll Rand and GE Transportation.
“I’m excited to take on this expanded role and continue building on the progress our team has made,” said Paschal. “By aligning our procurement, OE strategy and specialized parts ordering functions, we have an opportunity to strengthen our partnerships, create greater efficiencies and better support our teammates across the organization. I look forward to working alongside our teams and supplier partners to continue advancing Caliber’s operational capabilities.”
The promotion reflects Caliber’s continued focus on investing in leadership and creating a more integrated, scalable procurement organization. By aligning key supply chain functions and leveraging its national footprint, Caliber is positioned to improve operational performance, strengthen supplier relationships and support the delivery of consistent, high-quality automotive repair services.
